Overview of your properties

After signing in you see all your properties at a glance. Each property has a unique access code (e.g. FWXFUR) that you share with your tenants – on a poster or by message.

The status banner shows your current trial (14 days free) or active subscription.

Step 2 of 4

Set up washers and dryers

Tap «Add machine» to create machines inside your property. Choose the type (washer or dryer), set a default booking duration and – optionally – weekly limits per user for a fair share.

All bookings at a glance

The weekly calendar shows every reservation per machine. Past slots turn grey automatically, free slots stay green.

Automatic reminders for every tenant

Wash Flow sends tenants a push notification shortly before their slot starts and when it ends. That drastically reduces forgotten bookings and blocked machines.
